How your customer looks for a cleaning company for their premises.
Your customer types “office cleaning company Leuven”. Two other companies are above you. Not because they clean better, but because of these four things.
01No photos of your own. Your customer can't tell you apart from the other companies.
02No video. Your customer gives you the keys to their premises. They want to see who's coming.
03Facebook has gone quiet. Your last post is from 2023. Will that company still be around next year?
After 12 weeks your customer sees your company. A facade before and after, your team at work and a post from this week. Your name is at the top.
02 What we see in cleaning
4 things we see in your sector.
We read the websites of 15 cleaning companies, window cleaners and facade cleaners, and the guides their customers compare with.

Your customer wants to know what's in the contract.
Your customer asks for three quotes after a site visit. Then they compare what gets cleaned, how often and what it costs a month. Only 1 of the 15 websites says anything about what a regular contract includes.
Your website gets a page for businesses: what you do, how often, and how your customer can cancel.

Your customer wants to know who's coming.
Your customer gives the keys and the alarm code of their premises to people they don't know. They don't want a different face every week. 3 of the 15 websites show who comes or who checks the work.
We film your regular team at work, with your machines and the cherry picker on a facade.

Nobody sees clean work.
Your customer only sees the difference next to a before photo. A streak-free window. A green facade that's white again. 13 of the 15 websites have no before-and-after photo. Then every quote looks like the next, and price decides.
We photograph and film your work before and after, for your website, your posts and your Google profile.

Your customer looks up your name before signing.
Your customer looks up the names of everyone who sent them a quote. 3 of the 15 websites we read show a Google rating.
Your rating and your reviews go on your website. You ask every new customer for one, after the first month.
03 Do the sums
The Groei plan pays for itself from 8 extra regular contracts a year.
Groei is our middle plan: €899 a month in the first year, €7,888 a year on average over three years. A regular contract leaves you €1,000 a year.

That's 8 a year. Every contract above that is yours.
How we work it out
What Groei costs, on average a year. 11 × €899 in year 1 (the first month is free), 12 × €649 in year 2 and 12 × €499 from year 3, divided by 3: €7,888.
What a regular contract brings you. What you keep each year from one regular contract, after wages and your costs: here €1,000. You enter your own figure in the calculator.
The division. €7,888 ÷ €1,000 = 7.9. Rounded up: from 8 extra regular contracts a year, Groei has paid for itself. Everything above that is profit.
My customers come by word of mouth. Why spend money on marketing?
Word of mouth brings your name to a new customer. Before they sign, they ask for three quotes and look up every name. We make sure they then see your team, your work and your reviews.
I want businesses on a regular contract, not a private customer who has their windows cleaned once. Can you do that?
Yes. Your pages and ads target businesses in your area. Your form asks what kind of building it is and how often you need to come. So you see straight away whether it's a regular contract. We don't promise how many contracts that brings. But every month you see what came in.
What is there to film? We work in other people's buildings in the evening.
A facade before and after is one of the strongest images there is. Then your machines at work: the cherry picker on a facade, the squeegee on a window. And your team, at a customer who lets us in, or at your place.
What does it cost exactly?
Zichtbaar costs €499 a month in year 1, Groei €899 and Vol Gas €1,599. Your price drops every year. There is no set-up fee, and your price is never indexed. All prices exclude VAT.
