Marketing for shops.

Your customer checks online what you have first. Then they come by, or order straight away.

01 How your customer searches

How your customer looks for a shop.

Your customer types “bike shop near me”. Two other shops are above you. Not because they sell better, but because of these four things.

  1. 01 No photos of your own. Your customer can't see your shop, or what's on your shelves.
  2. 02 No video. Your customer wants to see where they're walking into, and who'll help them.
  3. 03 Facebook has gone quiet. Your last post is from 2023. Is that shop still open?
  4. 04 Not found. Not in Google and not in ChatGPT.

After 12 weeks your customer sees your shop. Your own photos, your range with prices and a post from this week. Your name is at the top.

02 What we see at shops

4 things we see at shops.

From the websites and online shops we built for retailers, such as Parvelo's.

  1. 01

Your customer looks on Google first.

Before your customer comes by, they look up where they can buy it. They pick the shop with photos, good reviews and the right opening hours.

We make sure your shop shows up there like that.

  2. 02

Your website doesn't show what you sell.

Your website is from 2019. It shows your shopfront and your address, not your range. Your customer wants to see what you have, and what it costs.

We put your range online, with prices. With an online shop, you sell after closing time too.

  3. 03

Your busiest weeks are always the same.

Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Saint Nicholas and Christmas. That's when everyone looks for a present. Whoever is at the top then gets those customers.

We plan your posts and ads around those weeks.

  4. 04

Only passers-by see your shop window.

Something new has come in. You put it in your window. Anyone who doesn't come down your street never sees it.

We photograph and film it. It's in your posts every month.

A regular customer comes back all year round. Every customer above that is yours.

How we work it out
  1. What Groei costs, on average a year. 11 × €899 in year 1 (the first month is free), 12 × €649 in year 2 and 12 × €499 from year 3, divided by 3: €7,888.
  2. What a regular customer brings you. What you keep each year from a customer who keeps buying from you, after stock and hours: here €150. You enter your own figure in the calculator.
  3. The division. €7,888 ÷ €150 = 52.6. Rounded up: with 53 regular customers a year, Groei has paid for itself, that's 4 to 5 regular customers per month. Everything above that is profit.

Example with €150 per regular customer a year. This is an example, not a promise: what it comes to for you, we work out together.

06 Questions

What shopkeepers ask us.

Your question isn't here? Call us.

0800 7 65 63

Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30.

Do I need an online shop?

Not always. If your website shows your range with prices, your customer often just comes by. If you also want to sell after closing time, we build an online shop.

Big online shops are cheaper. Why would a customer buy from me?

Because you're close by and you give advice. Your customer can try things on, try them out and come back. But they need to see that online.

I already post on Facebook and Instagram. Isn't that enough?

There you see who already follows you. Anyone who types “shop near me” sees Google first. That's where you need to be, with your photos and your reviews.

What does it cost exactly?

Zichtbaar costs €499 a month in year 1, Groei €899 and Vol Gas €1,599. Your price drops every year. There is no set-up fee, and your price is never indexed. All prices exclude VAT.

See the three plans or work it out.

How long before I'm online?

Twelve weeks. In that time we ask for 1 hour at the start, and you check everything once. We do the rest.

How the twelve weeks go.

Does a shop down the road serve customers worse, but show it better? You won't lose another customer to them.
