Your customer signs up for years.
If your customer's lift, cold room or network goes down, they lose money. Before they sign, they want to know what the contract covers, how fast you come and what it costs. Only 1 of the 18 websites says what a contract costs.
We put on your website what your contract covers and how fast you come.

Your customer hands your technician the key.
Often your customer isn't there when your technician comes. So they want to see beforehand who's coming. On 8 of the 18 websites there's no photo of the firm's own team or its own work.
We photograph your team, your vans and your installations.

Your work happens behind a door.
It happens in a machine room, a cold room or a server cabinet. Your customer only sees the invoice, and one day the breakdown. None of the 18 websites has a film.
We film it, from maintenance to repair.

Directories and comparison sites stand between your customer and you.
We searched 10 times for lifts, cooling, panel building and IT. Of the 91 results, 43 were a Belgian firm's own website. The rest were directories, comparison sites, Dutch firms and multinationals.
We keep your Google profile up to date, with your services and your reviews. Your website gets a page for each service and each region.
03 Do the sums
The Groei plan pays for itself from 4 extra contracts a year.
Groei is our middle plan: €899 a month in the first year, €7,888 a year on average over three years. At a margin of €2,000 per maintenance contract a year, that is 3.9 contracts. We round up.

That's 1 every 3 months. Every contract above that is yours.
How we work it out
What Groei costs, on average a year. 11 × €899 in year 1 (the first month is free), 12 × €649 in year 2 and 12 × €499 from year 3, divided by 3: €7,888.
What a maintenance contract brings you. What you keep each year from one contract, after hours and parts: here €2,000. We don't count repairs or new installations. The contract runs on as long as your customer stays. You enter your own figure in the calculator.
The division. €7,888 ÷ €2,000 = 3.9. Rounded up: from 4 extra maintenance contracts a year, Groei has paid for itself. Everything above that is profit.
My customers come through word of mouth. Why do I need to be visible online?
A recommendation is still your best source. But anyone who hears your name looks you up first. If they find no photo, no reference and not a word about your contract, they hesitate. We make sure they find what they heard about you: your team, your work, your contract and your reviews.
My customers are businesses. Do they search Google for a lift firm or an IT partner?
Yes, when their current firm lets them down, or when a new building goes up. Then the managing director or the building manager searches. Among the firms they also find directories and comparison sites. We make sure they find you there too. We don't promise how many businesses will switch. Your monthly report shows what came in.
My work is in a machine room, a cold room or a server cabinet. What is there to film?
What your customer never sees: your technician at work, the checks, the installation before and after. For a business signing up for years, that's the proof. We film without holding up your work.
What does it cost exactly?
Zichtbaar costs €499 a month in year 1, Groei €899 and Vol Gas €1,599. Your price drops every year. There is no set-up fee, and your price is never indexed. All prices exclude VAT.
